Great precision and the complicated production process cause that only a few companies take the decision to produce these screens.

EXEMPLIFYING PARAMETERS OF THESE NETS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Wire diamete: Ø 2.3 mm. 
Mesh – 2 x 2 mm. 
Thickness – 3.8 up to 4.20 mm. 

Calendered nets are mainly used in the chemical industry as so-called cathode nets.

Mesh size tolerance: 0.05 mm
Width: up to 2700 mm.
Length: up to 5000 mm. 

Wires of low-carbon steel according to ANSI 1008 or C4D1.
