Woven nets with square mesh of size under 2.0 mm
They are manufactured from wire with a round section from the following materials:
– unalloyed black steel, galvanized or tin-plated,
– alloy stainless steel 1.43010 grade,
– non-ferrous metals, copper, brass, bronze.
Depending on the material used, the mesh size runs from 0.04 to 0.25 mm with wire diameter of Ø 0.032 – 3.15 mm. The metal wire gauzes can be interlaced using single or double plain weave.
Metal filter gauzes are produced of stainless steel or bronze using the „wire on wire” method. The gauzes can be interlaced using single or double plain weave. The vertical wires have a larger diameter than the horizontal wires. An important parameter of filter gauzes is their permeability expressed in µm (from 12.5 µm to 250 µm) or number of wires per inch (from 12 x 64 up to 50 x 250).
They are made of stainless steel, low carbon steel, black carbon steel, galvanized or copper plated. The basic parameters are as follows:
– pitch – 6.25 mm, 8 mm, 12.5 mm, 25 mm,
– horizontal and vertical diameters – Ø 0.45 up to 0.9 mm.
Nets – straight filters
Straight filters are sectors with a round or square shape made of nets with a square mesh or filter gauzes. They can be made as one-layer or multilayer filters from all materials according to our assortment.
Wire Rabitz nets
Wire Rabitz nets are made of steel or galvanized wire with a diameter of Ø 0.8 mm or Ø 0.9 mm and with a twisted edge.
The construction of the fly screens is the same as in the case of nets with a square mesh. Their basic parameters are as follows:
– mesh size 1.6 x 1.6 mm or 1.6 x 1.2 mm,
– wire diameter Ø 0.25 mm.
They are made of aluminium or low carbon steel (lacquered or galvanized).
Sennit lines for leaden seals
They are made of galvanized wire with a round section and diameter of Ø 1.1 mm or Ø 0.9 mm. The lines are delivered in rolls or bunches (cut into pieces of 300 mm length).
Line steel nets
Nets of this type are manufactured from galvanized lines (line diameter: 2.0 – 2.5 mm) alternating counter-directional – right and left, and galvanized horizontal steel wires perpendicular to the lines (wire diameter Ø 1.6 mm).
It is a metal net with a rectangular mesh consisting of perpendicular intersected lines (steel line with diameter of Ø 1.0 mm) and galvanized wires.
